We were looking for a second home in Whitefish Montana and were referred to Jennifer. We were undecided as to where or what style of home we wanted. In advance of our trip to Whitefish, Jennifer provide us with home inventory online with enough information to weed down our selections before we arrived. Once on the ground she provided us with data on local builders, zoning limitations on nightly rentals, and info on builders etc. We were able to fly in for two days and find our dream location. She is knowledgeable, listens to your needs and is a great negotiator. But most important she is is fun to be around and on the long days in the car looking at property made our search a great time.

Jennifer was absolutely the most communicative and efficient realtor I have ever worked with, from beginning to end. In fact, no one has combed through and understood a HUD (closing) like Jennifer. She found mistakes and saved me money right up to closing. In addition, the other party was somewhat difficult and Jennifer masterfully moved the transaction forward like she had been born to do real estate. Jennifer is great to work with. When she is representing a buyer, that I am helping with financing, I know she is taking care of her part of the transaction so I can concentrate on the financing part. Jennifer Shelley! She is AWESOME at what she dose! She is fun, friendly and efficient. Jennifer helped us purchase our first home. It was bank owned and came with lots of hoops. Jennifer communicated clearly to all parties involved to make the process very smooth. She goes above and beyond! One night I had overlooked a deadline on a document and she helped me until 10pm walking me though the paperwork process. Even after closing on the property she has been so helpful and checks in on us. She goes above and beyond, she is not just buying and selling she is building relationships whit her clients.
